  1. Whey Protein Isolate
  • Whey Protein Isolate Inpro 90 Agglomerated is a whey protein isolate manufactured with a unique process that incorporates low pressure, ultra and microfiltration, low temperature, and advanced spray drying technology. This process ensures minimal protein denaturation and produces a pure source of whey protein that is virtually fat free, fully soluble, and has a neutral flavor [2].
  • The percentage of protein in this product is approximately 90% [1]. Compared to whey protein concentrate, which is only 35-80% protein by weight [3-2].
  • Excellent source of all the essential amino acids, including the highest levels of branched chain amino acids available from any protein source [2].
  • Low in fat and cholesterol, making it a healthy way to incorporate protein into any diet [2].
  • Higher biological value than other protein sources, including egg white, soy and caseinate [2].
  • Easily digestible [2; 3-16].
  • Soluble over a wide pH range [2].
  • Contains biologically active protein fractions, including glycomacropeptide, which is not present in ion-exchange products [2].
  • Stimulates protein synthesis, especially when paired with exercise [3-170, 3-171].
  • Enhances recovery [3-181, 3-192, 3-193].
  • INPRO 90 Agglomerated combines exceptional nutritional characteristics with bene¬ficial physiological properties making it an ideal choice for ports, health, and clinical applications [2].

  1. Fructooligosaccharides
  • Soluble fiber [8-28; 9-1, 9-4].
  • Benefits gut health [8-42, 8-43].
  • Has a prebiotic effect [8-18, 8-21, 8-23, 8-24; 9-5, 9-9, 9-25].
  • Can suppress appetite [8].
  • Can reduce LDL cholesterol [8-4].
  • Promotes absorption of minerals from the colon, which is thought to preserve bone mass via providing more exposure to dietary minerals involved in regulating bone mass (mostly calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus) [8-36, 8-37, 8-38, 8-39, 8-41; 9- 5, 9-21, 9-22, 9-23, 9-24].

  1. Bromelain
  • Protein digesting enzyme [10; 13].
  • Increases digestion and bioavailability (absorption) [10-60, 10-61; 11-6; 12]. Amino acid levels were 110% higher with 2.5g of digestive enzymes after 4 hours, as compared to only 30% higher without any enzymes [11; 12]. BCAA levels were higher with added digestive enzymes [11; 12].
  • Can also reduce nasal inflammation, acting as a decongestant [10; 13; 14].
  • Can benefit the immune system [10].
  • Possesses anti-inflammatory properties [10; 13; 14].
  • Reduces DOMS [10-37, 10-38; 14] and promotes healing [13; 14].
  • Possesses cardio-protective properties [10-44, 10-45, 10-46, 10-47, 10-50].
  • May possess neuro-protective properties [10-51].
  • Has been shown to inhibit apidogenesis (formation of fat cells) [10-53; 14].

  1. Papain NF
  • Protein digesting enzyme [13; 16].
  • Reduces DOMS [10-37, 10-38; 15] and promotes healing [13; 15].
  • Increases digestion and bioavailability (absorption) [11-6; 12; 14; 15; 16]. Amino acid levels were 110% higher with 2.5g of digestive enzymes after 4 hours, as compared to only 30% higher without any enzymes [11; 12]. BCAA levels were higher with added digestive enzymes [11; 12].
  • Possesses anti-inflammatory properties [15].
